This is a dynamic role that involves maintaining a large fleet of vehicles, as well as equipment, machinery, and multiple facilities across several locations. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their workday, is comfortable multitasking, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Hagopian offers a supportive environment with comprehensive training and opportunities to develop a broad range of maintenance skills. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair issues with vehicles, equipment, machinery, and building facilities. Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the life of assets. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed. Conduct repairs at various company and customer locations as needed. Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times. Complete weekly vehicle inspections to ensure fleet readiness. Assist with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and painting tasks as required. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications Valid drivers license. Ability to travel locally between company locations. Comfortable working with commercial cleaning solvents and following safe work practices. Ability to use proper lifting techniques and wear protective equipment as needed. Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, crawl, twist, reach, and lift objects over 50 pounds with assistance. Able to perform tasks requiring sufficient hearing and vision. Strong attendance record, work ethic, and time management skills.
