As a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician, you will perform pre-delivery inspections of new vehicles and install accessories. You will also be asked to clean and detail vehicles when needed.

Salary Overview:

The pay rate for this role starts at $19 per hour based on experience.

Hours:

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 8 pm.

PDI Technician Responsibilities Include:

Follow pre-delivery inspection forms on all vehicles. Install accessories when required on vehicles. Scan vehicles with WyoTech tablets Clean vehicle Conduct vehicle inspections outlined outside of the PDI form when required per vehicle. Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service's DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

PDI Technician Qualifications and Skills:

Basic mechanical knowledge of a vehicle. Basic knowledge of vehicle tools and torque specs. Knowledge/Experience with hoisting a vehicle. Ability to lift and move accessory parts, occasionally up to 100 lbs. Ability to read and understand a service manual and procedures. Ability to track and write down labor time spent and write out any issues found with vehicles. Must have reliable transportation. Must meet the company's background check and drug screen requirements Valid Driver's License with an adequate driving record. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
