Located in Petoskey, Michigan, Brown Motors has served the community since 1898 and recently completed a 15,000 sq ft expansion that includes new retail and commercial service bays, expanded parts capacity, an upgraded tool room, and modern technician facilities. This role is ideal for Ford-certified technicians, including Master Certified technicians, as well as experienced Ford techs who consistently deliver high-quality diagnostic and repair work. Technicians work in a modern, well-equipped environment with consistent workflow, fair dispatch, and leadership focused on long-term success. Guaranteed pay is provided during the onboarding and ramp-up period, allowing new technicians to transition confidently while learning shop processes and building efficiency. Work is dispatched fairly and consistently with a focus on productivity and technician success. The schedule is Monday through Friday with some Saturdays as needed. No Sundays. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
