Experienced High-Volume Service Advisor / Manager Mazur's Total Automotive-Brighton Auto Service-Hartland Auto Service We are looking for an experienced, high-volume automotive Service Advisor / Manager who knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently producing a strong ARO . This position is for an A-level performer who has already demonstrated success in a busy automotive repair environment. Someone who wants to grow into a manager. The Ideal Candidate We are specifically looking for someone with: Proven experience as a high-volume Service Advisor A track record of maintaining a high Average Repair Order (ARO) Exceptional customer service and communication skills Strong sales and relationship-building abilities The ability to confidently present complete repair and maintenance recommendations Experience working with digital vehicle inspections, photos, and videos Strong follow-up and customer retention skills The ability to manage a high volume of customers and repair orders without sacrificing the customer experience A strong work ethic and a take-ownership mentality The desire to grow into a leadership or management role Automotive experience is required. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to write repair orders. We are looking for an experienced professional who knows how to build trust, create complete repair plans, take care of customers, and produce results.
