Master Automotive Technician Rochester Hills, MI Full-Time An established automotive repair shop serving the Rochester Hills community since 1992 is hiring a Master Automotive Technician. This shop features a small, experienced team, and offers a clear path to grow from A-Level Technician to Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or Technical Manager as the business expands. Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekends. Compensation $45 to $55 per hour, paid weekly, plus a signing/retention bonus of up to $5,000. What You'll Do This technician handles advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting, drivability concerns, and transmission diagnosis, repair, and replacement. The role includes engine diagnosis and major mechanical repair, along with complex repairs other technicians may not be equipped to handle, and general A-Level automotive repair as needed. This position carries the independence to diagnose vehicles properly and recommend the right repair every time, with a focus on quality over rushing vehicles through the shop.
