We are looking for a positive, motivated individual who is eager to help take our customer service experience and automotive service writing to the next level! The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service while working with communicating with technicians on repair jobs, quoting customers, and helping to shape our repair schedule. What does a day look like: Write repair orders, estimate labor, and estimate parts needed for repairs. Prepare estimates and purchase parts needed for repairs. Complete order forms, billing, and transmit order information to technicians. Maintain records of all work performed on vehicles within repair order system. Maintain a clean work environment. Communicate with customers, technicians, and management on repair orders, parts, scheduling and repair process. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Must have valid driver's license.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. At least 3 years experience in automotive repair or service industry highly preferred with directly related Service Writer experience required.
