Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues efficiently. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers while ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs. Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, and powertrain components. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles and recommend appropriate solutions. Work with schematics to understand vehicle systems and components for accurate repairs. Maintain detailed records of services performed on each vehicle. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop environment. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and automotive electrical systems. Skills Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with dealership experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Familiarity with shocks & struts, tire service, automotive electrical systems, and auto body repair is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various automotive systems. Experience using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of Import vehicles is beneficial but not mandatory.
