Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and service technicians, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from vehicle drop-off to pickup. Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed information on services required and associated costs Write detailed repair orders, accurately documenting customer concerns, vehicle information, and requested services Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work Keep customers informed throughout the service process, providing updates on vehicle status and estimated completion times Review invoices with customers upon vehicle pickup, ensuring transparency and satisfaction Maintain organized records of all service transactions, customer interactions, and follow-up actions Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear, friendly manner Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting service requests and repairs Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and industry terminology (preferred but not required) Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Join us as an Automotive Service Advisor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
