As a Lube Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping vehicles running smoothly through essential services like oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and inspections. What You'll Do Routine Maintenance:
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance services on a wide range of vehicles.
Vehicle Inspections:
Conduct multi-point inspections to identify wear, safety issues, and potential repairs.
Shop Support:
Assist service technicians with light mechanical tasks as needed and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Customer Satisfaction:
Work with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers and contribute to an exceptional service experience.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with fellow technicians, advisors, and parts department staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
Ongoing Learning:
Participate in training to stay current on the latest tools, techniques, and maintenance procedures. Qualifications Experience Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred but not required—training will be provided. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right the first time. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Basic computer skills to navigate service systems and documentation tools.
