Full Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant Job Summary:
The Orchards at Roseville is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Roseville, Michigan. As a PTA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the delivery of patient care services, including but not limited to: exercising, stretching, and strengthening exercises, as well as assisting with transfers and ambulation Conduct physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, as outlined in the established treatment plan Monitor and record patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the physical therapist Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress notes Participate in patient education and discharge planning, as necessary Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, while promoting a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting 0 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, with a strong desire to learn and grow Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the State of Michigan Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
