Genthe Automotive Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is currently looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our growing service team. We are ready to invest in your future! Whether you have previous experience working in an automotive service department or a body shop, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Perform efficient oil and filter changes, tire rotations, mount and balance services, filter replacements, and fluid exchanges. Handle minor vehicle maintenance and comprehensive vehicle inspections strictly adhering to factory specifications and time standards. Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to keep shop workflow moving smoothly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. What We're Looking For (Requirements) Working knowledge of basic automotive maintenance and repair. Previous experience in an automotive service department or body shop is a big plus! Ability to properly and safely utilize a variety of automotive tools and equipment. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended periods. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed. A strong focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. A true team player mentality with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic. A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
