Greater Kalamazoo Auto Auction has an immediate opening for experienced Master Automotive Technician/Mechanic.

Ideal candidate should be:

Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems in a wide variety of used vehicles including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc Completes service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and correctly, Comply with company safety policies and procedures Communicate directly with the lead technician and mechanical services manager regarding the status of the service work Continuously learn new technical information and techniques 5+ years automotive technician / mechanic experience Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as scan tools, wheel and tire equipment, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.) Strong Automotive knowledge Maintains sufficient personally owned tools in good working order
