Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle makes and models, including engine, transmission, and powertrain systems. Diagnose issues using schematics and advanced diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately. Conduct alignments and ensure proper vehicle handling through precise adjustments. Execute auto body repairs as needed, including welding and structural repairs. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role in the automotive industry (at least 5 years) Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, including powertrain systems, alignments, and auto body repair. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals related to vehicle maintenance. Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment proficiently. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
