We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch vehicle maintenance and repair services to our customers. If you have a passion for automotive service, are knowledgeable about power tools, and are comfortable with sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!Duties:
- Perform routine oil changes, tire rotations, and other vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicles as needed.
- Operate power tools and equipment to perform tasks such as brake pad replacements and suspension repairs.
- Align wheels and provide tire balancing services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Work efficiently to meet customer expectations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and sales skills.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dealership standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in an automotive repair or service environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service, repair, and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
