Full-Time | Day Shift Entech Staffing is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join a locally owned auto repair shop in Swartz Creek. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work, values a team-oriented environment, and enjoys working in a smaller shop setting. We're looking for someone with strong mechanical knowledge, professional automotive repair experience, and the ability to work independently on a wide range of vehicle repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have their own tools, industry certifications, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical vehicle issues Perform brake repairs, suspension work, steering repairs, and front-end work Complete routine maintenance services including oil changes, tune-ups, and inspections Accurately inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or safety concerns Use diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting skills to determine repair needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly with the shop team Qualifications Previous professional automotive technician experience required ASE certifications Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, and general repair work Must have own tools Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small shop environment Valid driver's license required
