In this role, you will utilize your mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain systems. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Repair or replace critical systems like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and auto body components with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks accurately, and communicate repair findings clearly to customers. Qualifications Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Dealership experience is highly preferred. Solid knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and automotive diagnostics. Hands-on experience with wheel alignment, suspension work, tire service, shocks & struts replacement, brake repair, and welding. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment safely and effectively. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes. Must be certified Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly and professionally.
