You Must Already Know How to Sell Auto Repair This is not an entry-level position. You should already know how to: Present a complete repair order to a customer Explain repairs clearly and confidently Build value and customer trust Handle objections and ask for the sale Follow up on declined work Manage multiple customers and repair orders Work effectively with technicians and the rest of the shop We sell through communication, education, videos, inspections, and trust — not pressure or scare tactics. We will teach you our systems, but we are not teaching automotive service advising from scratch. Automotive repair Service Advisor experience is required.
