$24.19-$34.03 per hour An Equal Opportunity Employer The City of Wyoming Michigan Fleet Services Division is seeking a Fleet Services Utility or Senior Technician to join its team. This position will work on diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repair of vehicles and equipment such as fire trucks, dump trucks, backhoes, street sweepers, hydro excavators, police cars, mowers, and other equipment associated with City operations. Must be State of Michigan certified or ASE certified and possess a valid State of Michigan Class A Commercial Driver's License with a tanker (N) endorsement or be able to obtain within 6 months. Employees progressively gain experience, learn to plan, and prioritize a diverse workload. The City pays for and trains employees to obtain and maintain a CDL, as well as other licenses and certifications. Additionally, the city provides employees with safety boots and shoes, cold-weather gear, and uniforms. This position includes a competitive pay and benefits package.
