Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a CDL Driver/ Machine operators/ Mechanics and become a vital part of exciting infrastructure projects! In this role, you will operate heavy equipment, transport materials, and assist with various construction tasks to ensure project success. Your energetic approach and mechanical aptitude will drive progress on-site while maintaining safety and efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in construction operations and heavy equipment handling within a fast-paced environment. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles with a valid CDL license to transport construction materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites Perform construction site duties including digging, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, dozers, and bucket trucks Assist with utility locating, fiber splicing, cabling, and electrical work by following detailed technical procedures Conduct rigging operations for lifting heavy equipment or materials using appropriate safety protocols Maintain and operate various types of heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, bucket trucks, and bucket operation tools Support electrical installations by climbing structures safely, handling low voltage and high voltage wiring, welding components as needed Use hand tools and power tools to assemble structures or repair equipment on-site while adhering to safety standards Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, backhoes, and bucket trucks Construction site experience with familiarity in utility work including cabling and electrical systems Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting skills for heavy machinery Ability to perform rigging tasks safely and efficiently in various environmental conditions Experience with fiber splicing, electrical work (low voltage/high voltage), welding, and cabling is highly desirable Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for construction-related tasks Comfortable climbing structures or working at heights as required for electrical or utility work Join us today to build the future with energy and enthusiasm!
