B-Level Automotive Technician - $70,000 to $90,000/year Homestead Auto and Tire - Apple Valley Homestead Auto and Tire is a locally owned shop with locations in Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, and Prior Lake, and we're opening our fourth store in Apple Valley. We're looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose and repair most vehicles on their own and wants to help build a new location from the ground up. This is not an entry-level job. We want someone who already knows how to work, not someone we have to teach from scratch. What you'll do Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, and engine concerns Handle electrical and drivability diagnostics, with backup on the tough ones Follow a clear diagnostic process and get cars out the door Give service advisors clear, accurate findings so jobs get sold right Keep your bay clean and organized What you bring 4+ years of professional repair experience Ability to diagnose and fix most vehicles without hand-holding Solid understanding of modern vehicle systems Your own tools and a valid driver's license Reliable, professional, and easy to work with ASE certifications are a plus Pay and benefits $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and production Hourly pay plus commission on labor produced Paid weekly Health insurance 401(k) Paid vacation Closed Christmas week every year Clean, well-equipped shop If you're a good, motivated technician who wants a stable company behind you and a chance to grow with a up and coming company, we want to talk to you.
