Compensation:

Up to $25.00/hr depending on experience

What You'll Do:

Tier I:

Break fix Support Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for internal users while following pre-assigned support tickets under guidance. Support the installation and configuration of applications and systems both in the office and at field locations as needed. Provide friendly and professional customer support by assisting with helpdesk coverage as needed. Must show a commitment to growing technical skills, with the ability to take on basic Tier 2 tasks over time, such as diagnosing workstation issues, resolving network configurations, and troubleshooting application performance.

Project:

Maintenance including asset managem e nt Conduct life-cycle management of software and hardware ensuring accurate records are maintained. Work with Management to design project milestones and independently execute tasks to drive project results. Collaborate with the Support, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams. Operations and documentation Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values On-call rotation All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:

2-year Degree in a computer related discipline, or current technical certifications, or equivalent experience Current Windows workstation experience required MS Entra admin center knowledge Ability to manage changing priorities as well as multitask and set priorities with assistance Able to interact and work well with others on a team Excellent organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be able to occasionally travel to out-of-state locations What's In It For You?
