We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, has a great attitude, and eager to learn. This position handles repair and maintenance of semi-trailers as well as all other styles and sizes of trailers. Awarded Star Tribune's Top Workplaces 7 years in a row. Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts. Perform repair and customization work as assigned including routine maintenance, brake replacement/repair, suspension repair, electrical and pneumatic and hydraulic component troubleshooting and repair, trailer body repair including complete trailer rebuild. Inspect the overall condition of trailers to ensure that they meet U.S. Department of Transportation's safety requirements. Compile inspection reports detailing their findings Provide after-sale services, such as component installation Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements. Ensure the final work product meets quality standards Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co-workers We'd love to have you as part of our team.
