A-Level:
$65 per flagged hour with a $40 per clock-hour floor;
B-Level:
$55 per flagged hour with a $30 per clock-hour floor

Candidates who complete the Paige interview get priority. About Anthony Auto Corp Anthony Auto Corp is seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician in Columbia Heights, Minnesota. This independent repair shop handles a broad range of general repair and maintenance, with approximately 70% European vehicles and frequent Audi and BMW work. The shop also performs used-car reconditioning for dealership partners and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. The team emphasizes collaboration, customer satisfaction, and a more personal shop environment where production matters without being the only measure of success. Key Responsibilities Perform general automotive repair, remove-and-replace work, preventive maintenance, and vehicle inspections. Service and repair European, domestic, and Asian vehicles, with significant exposure to European vehicles. Work on a wide range of repairs, from routine oil changes to advanced mechanical work such as engine replacement. Perform electrical and drivability work appropriate to your skill level. Handle intermediate diagnostic work as needed, with diagnostics representing approximately 10-20% of A-Level work and less than 10% of B-Level work. Use shop-provided diagnostic and specialty equipment, including Autel, VAG-COM, and ODIS. Complete and document work using Tekmetric and digital vehicle inspections. Work with the shop team and management to complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications A-Level Technician:
At least 5 years of automotive technician experience required.
B-Level Technician:
At least 3 years of automotive technician experience required. Experience performing general automotive repair, maintenance, inspections, and remove-and-replace work. Intermediate diagnostic ability appropriate to the role. Experience with Audi and BMW vehicles. ASE certifications are preferred but not required. Basic personal technician tools are required ; specialty tools, diagnostic computers, and electronics are provided by the shop.
Compensation & Benefits A-Level Technician:
$65 per flagged hour with a $40 per clock-hour floor.
B-Level Technician:
$55 per flagged hour with a $30 per clock-hour floor. Pay is issued bi-weekly. Estimated annual earnings are $83,000-$135,000 for A-Level Technicians and $62,500-$114,000 for B-Level Technicians. Actual earnings vary based on the stated pay plan and production and are not guaranteed. 120 hours of paid Earned Sick and Safe Time under the shop's program. Paid standard holidays. Holiday bonus.
