Full Job Description Role Overview:
As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you'll work in a collaborative environment to provide top-tier customer service and perform vehicle preventative maintenance. No prior automotive experience is required; comprehensive training will teach you to perform oil changes, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, and conduct an 18-point maintenance check.
Responsibilities:
Maintain vehicle safety and performance through routine services Deliver excellent customer service Follow safety procedures and operational instructions Work in a non-climate-controlled environment, standing for hours, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Qualifications & Skills:
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and customer-focused approach Schedule flexibility and availability for weekends Ability to read, understand, and follow written and digital training materials Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) Physical ability to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head
