Forest Lake, MN Koppy Motors is looking for an experienced A Level Automotive Technician to join our growing service department as our next Shop Lead. We've proudly served the Forest Lake community since the mid 1990s, and under new management we're building something special. Business continues to grow, and we're not replacing someone. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles Perform quality repairs efficiently and accurately Help lead and mentor other technicians Assist in identifying and recommending needed repairs Communicate with the service team to identify and sell legitimate repair opportunities Maintain a clean, organized work area Work closely with the service team to deliver an outstanding customer experience What We're Looking For A Level technician or a strong B Level technician ready to take the next step Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Leadership mentality with a strong work ethic Someone who takes pride in quality repairs and helping the team succeed ASE certifications are a plus, but not required If you're an experienced technician who's looking for a better opportunity, we'd love to talk.
