Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hard working, detail-oriented Motorsports Service Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and snowmobiles. Your expertise will help ensure our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for adventure. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using specialized tools on a range of motorsports vehicles to identify mechanical or electrical issues Repair and maintain engines, suspension systems, brakes, electrical wiring, and other mechanical components Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons and other shop equipment to complete repairs efficiently Conduct vehicle inspections and basic troubleshooting to determine necessary repairs or adjustments Assemble parts and components accurately following manufacturer specifications Assist with heavy lifting and vehicle handling during repair or maintenance procedures Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction Skills Dealership experience with motorsports or powersports vehicles preferred Proven service technician experience in automotive or motorcycle repair environments Strong mechanical knowledge of engines, suspension systems, brakes, electrical diagnostics and automotive diagnostics tools Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and soldering techniques Experience with all-terrain vehicle repair and motorcycle operation is highly desirable Ability to troubleshoot basic vehicle issues quickly and accurately Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and communication Physical ability for heavy lifting and working in various positions for extended periods Join us at Ecofun Motorsports where your skills will fuel exciting adventures! $26.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
