Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking, versatile Laborer with a
VALID CDL
to join our parking lot and asphalt maintenance crew. This role balances commercial driving responsibilities with hands-on field labor. You will operate commercial vehicles, assist with sealcoating and lot sweeping, and utilize any mechanical skills to keep the equipment running efficiently.
Duties Lot Sweeping & Driving:
Safely operate Class A/B CDL sweeping trucks to clear commercial parking lots and properties (often scheduled during night/early morning hours to avoid traffic).
Sealcoating & Maintenance:
Work as part of a ground crew to prep asphalt, apply sealcoat manually or via spray systems, and assist with crack filling and lot striping.
Equipment Care:
Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and equipment
IN THE WINTER
Snow Plow Drivers (CDL & Non-CDL): Operate plow trucks, skid steers, or loaders to clear commercial parking lots and roadways. Sidewalk Crew /
Shovelers:
Use commercial snowblowers, shovels, and ice-melt spreaders to clear walkways, entryways, and stairs. Salting /
Sanding Truck Operators:
Safely apply salt and brine solutions to prevent ice buildup and ensure slip-free surfaces.sweeping/sealcoating equipment. Keep your rig clean and report any maintenance needs.
Safety First:
Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines, wearing proper PPE, and setting up proper work zone signage/cones. What We're Looking For (Job Requirements)
License:
Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Experience:
Prior experience in sealcoating, asphalt maintenance, or operating sweeping trucks is highly preferred, but we will train the right motivated individual.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, dust).
Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, early mornings, or weekends depending on project schedules and weather.

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
