Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire services, and general automotive diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes and vehicle fluid checks Conduct tire services including rotations, alignments, and replacements Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks Diagnose automotive issues and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Assist in the training of new technicians as needed Keep accurate records of services performed on vehicles Requirements Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar automotive service role Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Dealership experience is preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Join our team as a Lube Technician and contribute to providing top-notch automotive services while growing your skills in a supportive environment.
