We're currently seeking a motivated Lube Technician / C-Level Technician who is eager to learn, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in delivering quality work. Whether you're beginning your automotive career or looking for an opportunity to grow your skills, Evolution Auto Service provides the training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities to help you succeed. What You'll Do As a Lube Technician / C-Level Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers' vehicles safe and reliable by performing preventative maintenance and assisting our experienced technicians.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services.
- Rotate, repair, and replace tires.
- Inspect and service brakes.
- Perform wheel alignments and suspension inspections.
- Complete multi-point digital vehicle inspections.
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, batteries, wiper blades, and other maintenance items.
- Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics as experience grows.
- Safely move customer vehicles in and out of service bays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Accurately document completed work and communicate inspection findings.
- Deliver every vehicle with the highest level of quality and attention to detail. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or previous automotive experience is a plus.
- Automotive technical school students or graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be detail oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to supply basic tools needed to perform job duties.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and shop equipment.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
