Schedule:
Monday-Friday What You'll Do Perform inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to Porsche and Lithia & Driveway standards. Efficiently diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance-related concerns. Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment, factory service information, and technical resources to identify and resolve vehicle issues. Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Conduct road tests and quality control checks to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations on repair orders. Collaborate with service advisors and team members to provide a seamless customer experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Stay current with Porsche training, technical bulletins, and emerging vehicle technologies. Participate in manufacturer certification programs and ongoing professional development. What You'll Bring Previous experience as a Journeyman, Master, or Senior Automotive Technician. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and chassis systems. Experience with luxury, European, or high-performance brands is highly valued. Ability to efficiently use OEM diagnostic software, scan tools, and repair resources. ASE certifications and manufacturer certifications are a plus. Commitment to quality workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
