Role Description Audi Technicians at Audi Richfield perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Audi vehicles to manufacturer standards in a full-time, on-site role based in Richfield, MN. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing scheduled services, and completing repairs using Audi-approved tools and equipment. Technicians accurately document work performed, follow safety and quality guidelines, and collaborate with service advisors to communicate vehicle status and recommended services. The role also involves staying current with Audi technical updates, participating in training, and helping maintain an organized, clean service bay to support efficient operations and a positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in automotive repair, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems, computer-based diagnostics, and modern automotive technologies. Ability to follow manufacturer service procedures, technical manuals, and safety standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with service advisors and other technicians. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions. Automotive technician certification or technical training (e.g., ASE, manufacturer-specific, trade school) preferred. Prior experience in a dealership or professional service center environment is beneficial. Capability to lift and move automotive components and stand for extended periods as part of daily work.
