Master GM Service Technician

West Metro Buick GMC in Monticello, Minnesota's #1 Buick GMC dealer, is HIRING! We are looking to add a Master GM Service Technician to our long-term tech team. Join a Service department that doesn't have employee turnover, is always busy, and lets you produce as many hours as you want.

Responsibilities:

Test drive vehicles, test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems - including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Communicate directly with Service Advisor on any additional vehicle services recommended. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

Qualifications:

GM Certification (preferred) Dealership experience (preferred) Strong automotive background Teamwork skills Willing to submit to a background check Must have a valid driver's license
