Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair and maintenance work in accordance with dealership's and factory standards. Perform and document vehicle diagnostics. Maintain an organized and neat shop area. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair work was completed. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures. Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Automotive Technician Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 year proven experience as a technician in a professional repair shop. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver license and a clean driving record. Own your own tools and tool box Excellent communication skills. Professional appearance and work ethic Have the ability and desire to fix it the first time.
