The Express Lube Technician plays an extremely important role in customer satisfaction and the overall continued success of Miller Auto. The position is utilizing education and experience to complete light maintenance work on vehicles.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Partner and communicate with department employees as necessary. Complete oil changes, tire rotates, flushes, etc. Repair broken or worn mechanical components. Maintain repair and service records. Install equipment, components and systems. Repair electrical wiring, circuits and fixtures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Entry Level Accepted! Must have valid driver's license and good driving record High school diploma or equivalent required Automotive education preferred-not required 2-3 years applicable experience preferred-not required Must be able to repeatedly lift 75-100lbs Good organizational skills and time management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent listening skills Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of relevant computer applications Product knowledge
