In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse machinery, including trucks and cars, in a fast-paced environment that values precision and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on automotive electrical systems, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, hydraulics, and other mechanical components using schematics and specialized tools. Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles to ensure operational efficiency. Service and repair diesel engines, HVAC systems, shocks & struts, brakes, and vehicle systems for trucks and cars. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to assemble parts or repair damaged components. Conduct wheel alignments, tire services, heavy lifting tasks, and equipment maintenance to uphold safety standards. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues accurately. Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs. Requirements Proven experience as an auto mechanic. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, transmissions, suspension systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques, welding, soldering, and the use of hand tools or power tools. Ability to read schematics accurately and troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently. Knowledge of HVAC systems in vehicles or equipment, brake systems, shocks & struts repair. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in various environmental conditions. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to service technician responsibilities.
