Job Description We have an immediate opening for a full-time Light Duty Automotive Technician. A Light Duty Technician specializes in vehicle maintenance and light repair work, including brakes, tires, filters, batteries, etc. Automotive mechanical experience is preferred, but we would be willing to train the right candidate. Must have the ability to work independently and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform light maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles. Prioritize and plan workflow to meet demands and customer needs. Ensure quality service and repairs are provided to every customer. Coordinate with Part Department and Service Advisor to ensure parts are available. Communicate any additional repair work that is needed to the Service Advisor. Present a professional image, positive attitude, and clean work area. Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals. Qualifications or Requirements At least 1 year of experience in automotive preferred A valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent Written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools including computerized equipment. Ability to bend, move, lift, and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.
