In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their automotive service needs while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your expertise in automotive services will help facilitate effective communication between customers and technicians, ensuring that all service requests are accurately understood and addressed. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their automotive service needs. Conduct thorough assessments of customer concerns and provide accurate recommendations for necessary services. Prepare detailed service estimates and explain the scope of work to customers, including parts and labor costs. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards. Manage service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and invoices. Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice to customers. Skills Proficient in auto service management practices and procedures. Knowledgeable in automotive diagnostics, including air brake systems, oil changes, shocks struts, tire service, and auto body repair. Strong ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer trust. Familiarity with auto estimating processes to provide accurate quotes for services. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
