Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Prepare detailed estimates using automotive estimating software, including repairs such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs Communicate effectively with technicians and mechanics to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate diagnostics using automotive diagnostics tools Upsell additional services and maintenance options that enhance vehicle performance and safety while meeting customer needs Manage service writing processes by creating clear work orders, tracking progress, and updating customers on vehicle status Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently at the point of sale Maintain thorough records of all service activities, estimates, and client interactions for quality assurance and follow-up Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar auto service management role; dealership experience is highly valued Preferred mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, diagnostics, and vehicle maintenance procedures Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally Knowledge of automotive systems including air brakes, transmissions, alignment, suspension, tire services, shocks & struts, brake repair, auto body repair, and collision repair Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various vehicles confidently Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding automotive care!
