What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you'll act as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team, ensuring every guest receives a transparent, professional, and seamless service experience. Greet customers and accurately identify vehicle concerns and maintenance needs Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians throughout the repair process Create detailed repair orders and service estimates Present maintenance recommendations and repair needs clearly and professionally Verify warranty coverage and administer manufacturer warranty claims when applicable Keep customers informed on repair progress, completion timelines, and costs Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention What You Bring 1 or more years of previous Service Advisor experience 1 or more years experience as an automotive technician a plus. A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. 1 year of mechanical understanding of an automobile.
