This is a customer-facing position that helps keep our service lane organized and running smoothly. You'll greet customers, process service payments, coordinate loaner vehicles, and provide administrative support to the service department. If you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and working as part of a team, this could be a great opportunity to begin or continue your career in the automotive industry. Many of our successful service advisors started in entry-level dealership positions like this one. Compensation and Benefits $19

Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or express service writer. Process payments for service repair orders by cash, check, or credit card. Check loaner vehicles in and out and complete the required documentation. Review loaner vehicle condition and report damage or concerns. Book, update, and close repair orders as assigned. Answer routine customer questions and connect customers with the appropriate team member. Complete filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative duties. Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready service lane. Safely move customer or dealership vehicles when needed. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs. What You Bring A positive, customer-focused attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependability and attention to detail The ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities A self-motivated and team-oriented approach Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems Customer service, cashiering, administrative, hospitality, retail, or related experience A valid driver's license and driving record acceptable under company standards Previous automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required. If you have transferable customer service or administrative experience, we are willing to train you. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Customer Oriented
