Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a pivotal role within our dealership. This position is crucial for ensuring a seamless experience for our clients as they navigate their automotive service needs. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle services. Assess customer needs and provide accurate service recommendations. Coordinate service appointments and manage the workflow of the service department. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service status and updates. Handle transactions and assist customers with billing inquiries. Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships through excellent service. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of automotive systems and services. Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and billing. Nice to have Previous experience as a service advisor in a dealership setting. Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology. Customer service certifications or training.
