Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Auto Lube Technician, where your expertise will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers happy! Must have Missouri Motor vehicle inspection license. In this energetic role, you'll perform essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs, ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards for safety and performance. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to the overall customer experience, making every visit efficient and satisfying. Duties Perform routine oil changes, fluid replacements, and vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Conduct tire services such as rotations, replacements, and alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling Use hand tools and power tools safely to service vehicles according to manufacturer specifications Assist with basic automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues during maintenance visits Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay to promote safety and efficiency Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle's maintenance needs and recommended services Support other service technicians with mechanical tasks related to vehicle maintenance and minor repairs Requirements Missouri motor vehicle inspection license. Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment effectively Knowledge of oil change procedures, tire service, wheel alignment, and general vehicle maintenance Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for automotive servicing Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ASE certification or equivalent is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in automotive service.
