Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive repair processes, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools, along with excellent customer service skills. The Automotive Technician will play a vital role in providing reliable vehicle maintenance and repair services to our customers. Duties Perform comprehensive automotive repairs, including engine diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension work, and other mechanical services. Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct electrical system diagnostics and repairs, ensuring all vehicle electronic components function correctly. Repair and maintain diesel engines, applying specialized knowledge for diesel-specific systems. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, estimates, and vehicle status to ensure high-quality customer service. Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all repair procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair and diagnostics. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and the use of diagnostic tools. Experience with diesel engine repair is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Relevant certifications or technical training in automotive technology are highly desirable.
