We are looking for experienced, dependable technicians who take pride in their work and are committed to providing quality service. Toyota experience is preferred, but certified technicians with experience working on other OE brands are encouraged to apply. Perform repairs accurately and efficiently according to dealership and factory standards. Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and determine the appropriate repairs. Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts. Save and properly tag replaced parts when required for warranty work or at the customer's request. Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs. Immediately notify the Service Advisor when recommended work is unnecessary or when additional repairs are identified. Communicate promptly if repairs cannot be completed within the promised timeframe. Accurately document all work performed. Road-test vehicles when necessary, while ensuring customer vehicles are used only for authorized purposes. Supervise apprentice technicians when assigned. Maintain cleanliness and protect customers' vehicles while they are in the shop. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, and maintain accountability for all dealership-owned tools. Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, including proper hazardous-waste disposal. Follow all company safety policies and immediately report accidents or safety concerns to management. Qualifications Prefer 2 years of automotive service experience Current ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to perform all duties safely and professionally Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including background check, MVR, and drug testing Ready to Join the Adams Toyota Team?
