Requirements Proven experience as an oil change technician or similar role in the automotive industry. Knowledge of automotive systems and components. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have Certifications from recognised automotive training programs. Experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and diagnostics.
