Duties:

Diagnose, identify, and resolve vehicle issues promptly and accurately. Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time, meeting or exceeding industry standards. Conduct comprehensive inspections on every vehicle to identify existing and potential issues. Report any discrepancies promptly to facilitate efficient resolution. Maintain efficiency and meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of repairs. Uphold a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment. Assist fellow technicians when needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Share knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall efficiency of the team. Adhere to the order of repairs set by the Service Advisor through the shop's Workflow System.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to follow the shop's Workflow System and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills with team members. Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
