Responsibilities Conduct thorough diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately. Utilize hand- held scanners and Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, powertrain systems. Shop supplies the brand specific tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake services, mount and balance tires, wheel balancing, and suspension work. Repair or replace components related to engine, transmissions, powertrain, and other mechanical or electrical systems to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering recommendations for ongoing vehicle care. Requirements Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working on a variety of vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance procedures. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics software and ability to read schematics accurately. Experience working with automotive electrical systems, transmissions, engines, and powertrain components. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Valid mechanic certification or relevant technical training; ASE certification is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
