Pay:
$16•20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Weekends Off Overtime Available Mathis Motors is seeking a reliable and hardworking Automotive Detailer & Service Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our inventory looking its best while assisting with basic vehicle maintenance and lot operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Detail, wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for sale and delivery Move and organize vehicles around the dealership lot safely Assist with tire replacements, tire rotations, and basic brake work Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards Help keep the dealership lot, shop, and work areas clean and organized Inspect vehicles and report any issues to management Perform general dealership support duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate cars, trucks, and SUVs Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions, including heat Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the workday Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Previous detailing or automotive experience is a plus but not required
