We're seeking someone with strong hands-on experience, excellent diagnostic abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service. What We're Looking For Several years of hands-on automotive repair experience Valid State Inspector's License Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent mechanical and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues Ability to work independently while also being a team player Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Fleet vehicle experience is a plus, but not required Diesel experience and knowledge is a plus, but not required Responsibilities Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical problems Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Perform state safety inspections Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle needs and repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer repair specifications Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and correctly the first time The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, reliable, and experienced technician who takes pride in their work.
