We're looking for an experienced Lead Automotive Technician to help us continue building one of the area's best independent repair shops. What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and light European vehicles
• Perform drivability, electrical, engine, suspension, steering, brake, and A/C diagnostics
• Assist and mentor other technicians when needed
• Perform accurate digital vehicle inspections
• Produce quality work efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented shop culture What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform major engine and transmission work
• ASE Certifications are a plus (not required)
• Valid driver's license
• Professional attitude with pride in your workmanship
